Luma Announces Pricing for Beachfront Active Adult Community on Mexico's Pacific Coast

Phase One Homes Start at $446,000

BURBANK, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 23, 2007 -- Luma, the first American-developed, full-ownership, active adult beachfront community in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, releases pricing and features details for its residences. Since announcing the development in February, interest is high and many homes are already reserved.

Luma's construction commences this fall, with the first phase to open in late 2008. When completed, Luma will showcase bold contemporary Mexican design by the renowned Ernesto Del Castillo Marquez Architecture Firm and offer over 400 stunning residences, 264 of which will be beachfront. Designed for those 50 and over, Luma's setting, style and services, including a unique Lifestyle Concierge Program, promises "active adult living reimagined."

First phase Luma homes start at $446,000 for a 1,996 square foot one bedroom plus den. The 2,489 square foot two bedroom plus den begins at $590,000; the 3,433 square foot three bedroom homes start at $779,000; and penthouses are $1,775,000 (all prices are subject to change without notice). Each residence includes generous terraces.

Sales representation is provided by Prudential California Realty, Vallarta Division. A $25,000 deposit is required to reserve a residence, followed by an additional 35 percent down at the groundbreaking later this summer. HOA fees will include a social membership at Paradise Village with discounts at the world-renowned golf course, El Tigre.
