Luma's multichannel marketing platform includes the ability to create and print timely, personalized and localized marketing materials. Other media such as ads, e-mail, POP materials, and SMS can also be created and ordered. Because Luma is fully integrated with Salesforce, field and channel sales people can personalize or localize their marketing materials with the information in Salesforce CRM. Orders can be delivered directly to prospects or shipped to the Luma user.
