Marketers Share Widespread Disappointment With Traditional Marketing Support Programs

The report, sponsored by Luma Technologies, was conducted by Gatepoint Research. 84% of the responders are employed at the director level or higher. Other Survey Conclusions

  • There is widespread disappointment with marketing support programs; most are viewed as only modestly effective, modestly responsive, and not very easy to use.
  • 82% of responders plan to spend the same or more this year on channel marketing programs.
  • Despite growth in email marketing (73% of responders), 40% still rely on direct mail.
