Luma Tops Off Tower One

Phase One Construction of Mexico's First Active Adult Beachfront Community Reaches Major Milestone

BURBANK, CA--(Marketwire - February 11, 2009) - Luma, the first full-ownership, active adult beachfront community in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, today announced the topping off of Tower One.

The topping off signifies the completion of structural work on the first of Luma's seven 10-story towers. Just 14 months after breaking ground, Tower One is scheduled to be completed and ready this fall for Luma's first homeowners.
