Lumetra Welcomes Allison Snow to Lead Healthcare Quality and Performance Improvement Initiatives

Prominent Healthcare Executive Joins San Francisco-Based Consulting Organization

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 12, 2006 -- Today, Lumetra announced L. Allison Snow, MHA, an accomplished healthcare leader, has joined the organization as Vice President for Quality and Performance Improvement. In this new role, Ms. Snow will lead Lumetra's business unit responsible for providing strategic quality improvement consulting to California's nursing homes, physician offices, hospitals, and home health agencies.

Prior to joining Lumetra, Ms. Snow was the California Regional Director for Clinical Quality Improvement and Clinical Process Improvement at Tenet Healthcare. At Tenet, Ms. Snow was responsible for the strategic direction, development, implementation, and results for clinical, quality, utilization, and operational services and staff for 20 acute healthcare systems. In addition, Ms. Snow was responsible for leading the organization to 100 percent compliance with the American Heart Association's "Get With the Guidelines" campaign; achieving five-star status from Health Grades; and developing and implementing programs to reduce medication errors and improve patient safety.

Ms. Snow's background includes experience as a biotechnology and healthcare consultant with Andersen, LLP and in various roles at VHA including, most recently, as Vice President of Performance Improvement.

Ms. Snow earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from Tulane University School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Towson University / University of Maryland, School of Business. Ms. Snow is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
