Keith Hulley is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gabriel Resources and is the former Interim CEO of Gabriel Resources. Previously, Mr. Hulley served seven years as President, CEO and Executive Chairman of Apex Silver Mines before retiring as CEO in 2004 and from the Board in 2009. Mr. Hulley has more than 40 years of experience in the mining industry which includes Board and senior executive experience at Western Mining Holdings Ltd. and USMX Inc.
