Luna Technologies CEO Selected for UL Technical Panel on Upcoming Code Revision

KENT, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 14, 2005 -- Kimberly Landry, CEO of Luna Technologies International Inc. (OTC BB: LTII), has been selected as a member of Underwriters Laboratories' (UL) Standards Technical Panel 1994. This panel covers the standard for "Luminous Egress Path Marking Systems," termed UL-1994. The technical panel will act as a consensus body to consider additions and alterations to the standard throughout the revision process. Once completed, the standard will be pursued as an American national standard.

With over 15 years of experience in the photoluminescent (PL) industry, Ms. Landry is recognized as one of its leading authorities. She brings to the panel a wealth of knowledge regarding building, fire, and safety codes and has been instrumental in effecting changes to numerous standards governing the use of photoluminescent products worldwide. For many years Ms. Landry has been involved with fostering the aims of the photoluminescence industry through lobbying the appropriate regulatory agencies.
