Celebrities Christina Aguilera, DJ AM, Wilmer Valderrama, Nick Lachey and Nicky Hilton will join forces with Pure Management Group to rock Luxor with new ventures LAX nightclub, Company American Bistro and Noir Bar, setting the stage for a South Strip takeover.

The trio of venues will encompass 45,000 square feet and be connected to one another. LAX will anchor the complex and reach for the sky with Aguilera and DJ AM at the forefront of the 26,000-square-foot nightclub. Set to occupy the space at Luxor formerly known as RA, LAX will be similar to its sister Hollywood property in terms of clientele as the nightclub will cater to a young, sophisticated crowd and become the destination of choice for discriminating club-goers, A-list celebrities and the social jet set. With an unrivaled décor featuring a stylish and hip look, LAX will raise the bar for nightclubs and soar to new levels with the overall experience. Its intimate surroundings and incomparable DJ line-up featuring resident DJ Vice will have nightlife aficionados itching to catch a glimpse of Las Vegas' soon-to-be newest hotspot.

While LAX will thrill club-goers, Company American Bistro will satisfy palates, as Valderrama, Lachey and Hilton make their mark as partners in the swanky eatery. Company will encompass more than 10,000 square feet and have a boutique rustic feel featuring a fireside lounge surrounded by aspen trees and hurricane lamp candles. Built for comfort and relaxation, Company will be the perfect spot for dinner in the desert where the hot temperatures of Las Vegas are replaced with the cool vibe of a modern ski chalet.
