Lydian Announces Resignation of Director


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 17, 2012) - Lydian International Ltd. (TSX:LYD) ("Lydian" or "the Company"), a gold-focused mineral exploration and development company, today announced that Mr. Huw Williams, a Company board director designated by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), has resigned from the board following his secondment by the EBRD to the European Commission in Brussels.
