("Lynnwood") (TSX VENTURE:LCI.P), a capital pool company as defined under Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), is pleased to announce that it is making progress on preparing the initial submission to the Exchange in connection with its acquisition of 100% of the common shares of Tantalex Corporation ("Tantalex"), previously announced on May 9, 2012 and June 9, 2012.
