LynuxWorks Engineering Executive to Present at Freescale Tech Forum 2008

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwire - June 16, 2008) - Arun Subbarao, vice president of engineering at LynuxWorks, Inc., a world leader in embedded software, will present on the new challenges of developing software for multicore devices on June 18 at the Freescale Technology Forum (FTF). Subbarao's session, titled "Operating Systems Considerations for Multicore Devices," will focus on the impact of multicore processing on the development of embedded systems -- specifically that of operating systems -- addresses key issues on how to address concurrency, processor affinity, parallel execution and resource allocation.

FTF, which runs from June 16-19 in Orlando, Fla., is billed as "the developer event of the year for the embedded semiconductor industry."
