Lyric Culture Donates Tickets for Exclusive May 10th Fashion Show & Concert Featuring 3X Grammy Winning Artist Fergie to Benefit City of Hope

Tickets for Fashion Show and Live Performance Available via Online Auction Beginning May 3

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 2, 2007 -- Lyric Jeans, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LYJN) today announced that Lyric Culture, its premium rock & roll lifestyle brand, is donating ten tickets for its invitation only fashion show featuring a performance by three-time Grammy Award winner Fergie. The tickets will be made available via online auction and proceeds from the auction will support cancer research, treatment and education programs at City of Hope. The online auction will begin on May 3 on www.charityfolks.com and run until May 9. The fashion show and concert will be held at historic Hollywood nightspot Avalon on May 10, 2007.

"Giving back to worthy causes is a core belief of everyone at Lyric Culture and we're happy for the opportunity to support such a wonderful organization as City of Hope," said Hanna Rochelle Schmieder, President of Lyric Culture.

The fashion show will mark the official launch of Lyric Culture, a lyric-inspired clothing company that embodies the words of legendary artists such as The Beatles, David Bowie, Janis Joplin, Marvin Gaye and many others on denim, leather jackets, shorts, skirts, corsets, T-shirts and belt buckles. The debut collection, titled "Lyric Culture: Revolution" is dedicated to music created during the late 60s and early 70s. City of Hope's role as beneficiary of the online auction is the result of a partnership between Lyric Culture and Universal Music Group, a longtime supporter of the institution.

"We are honored to have been chosen the beneficiary of this auction," said City of Hope Senior Director of Development Britta Bucholz. "Both Fergie and Lyric Culture embody an innovative and independent spirit that is mirrored in City of Hope's ability to speed discoveries into effective treatments to patients everywhere."
