m-Wise Announces New Contract With Divine Group, UK -- the Emerging Mobile Services Brand for Delivery of SMS Based Challenge Games in the UK

(OTCBB: MWIS), leading international developer of technology and solutions for mobile content providers, wireless operators, and application service providers, proudly announces an agreement for business collaboration with Divine Group, UK.

Divine™ has developed a new breed of mobile games to UK consumers based on SMS ('challenges') in cooperation with major national media partners including newspapers and TV channels. Divine™ will market and promote the 'challenges' through its strong media and mobile relations with leading UK channels. Divine™ is also set to launch a whole range of highly innovative mobile and wireless services in the coming months.

The parties have already commenced work to deliver the first interactive games to market. m-Wise is responsible for the technology and infrastructure enabling the provision and delivery of the 'challenges,' including applications programming, SMS connectivity to mobile operators in the UK, billing and delivery of services to mobile subscribers.

The parties will announce and launch the first UK SMS 'challenge' in conjunction with major media partners in the coming weeks. The 'challenges' will be based on charging each player through Premium SMS on a pay as you play model.
