Company Forms Strategic Alliance With Pabrune to Promote Its Business in Spain and Other European Countries

The new m-Wise sales presence is based in Madrid, Spain and overseen by Alberto Ortega -- a prominent industry figure. Affirming their belief in m-Wise's potential, Pabrune has recently conducted a successful acquisition of over 5 Million of m-Wise shares through a group of Spanish investors. Now more than ever, as shareholders, both companies have a mutual interest in supporting and promoting m-Wise's lines of business and building shareholder value.
