m-Wise Selected by Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma Brewery to Run SMS Promotion Campaigns for SOL Beer in Spain

The Deal Is a Follow-On to m-Wise's Strategic Relationship With Spanish Mobile Marketing Specialist Pabrune

WILMINGTON, DE -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 17, 2007 -- Mobile content technology vendor, m-Wise (OTCBB: MWIS), announces an agreement with major Mexican beer brewery to deliver mobile marketing services in Spain.

Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma Brewery (CMB) is a major Mexican brewery founded in 1890 in Monterrey, Nuevo León. It is a subsidiary of FEMSA, one of the largest beverage companies in Mexico and Latin America. The company, through its importer Barril & Botella Import Export, S.A. in Spain, is one of the sponsors of the Spanish pop concert tour of Grammy winner Luis Miguel, best selling singer in Latin America, and will run an SMS campaign to promote SOL beer, one of the most popular beer brands worldwide.

m-Wise has accumulated an extensive track record in implementing a large variety of mobile marketing and advertising campaigns in Europe, starting as early as 2000.
