m-Wise Selected by Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma Brewery to Run SMS Promotion Campaigns for SOL Beer in Spain

The Deal Is a Follow-On to m-Wise's Strategic Relationship With Spanish Mobile Marketing Specialist Pabrune

WILMINGTON, DE -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 17, 2007 -- Mobile content technology vendor, m-Wise (OTCBB: MWIS), announces an agreement with major Mexican beer brewery to deliver mobile marketing services in Spain.

Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma Brewery (CMB) is a major Mexican brewery founded in 1890 in Monterrey, Nuevo León. It is a subsidiary of FEMSA, one of the largest beverage companies in Mexico and Latin America. The company, through its importer Barril & Botella Import Export, S.A. in Spain, is one of the sponsors of the Spanish pop concert tour of Grammy winner Luis Miguel, best selling singer in Latin America, and will run an SMS campaign to promote SOL beer, one of the most popular beer brands worldwide.

m-Wise has accumulated an extensive track record in implementing a large variety of mobile marketing and advertising campaigns in Europe, starting as early as 2000. These campaigns are enabled by m-Wise's mobile and content delivery solutions and served numerous commercial companies such as Pepsi, Intel, Nokia and 20th Century Fox as well as media companies such as Sky Rock Radio, The Times and the Sun newspapers.

m-Wise will provide CMB with interactive components that would enhance its marketing and advertising campaigns by letting customers communicate with the company using SMS text messaging. The SMS campaigns will additionally provide participants with the chance to win free tickets to one of Luis Miguel's pop concerts throughout Spain.

Zach Sivan, CEO of m-Wise, said: "We are very pleased to start working with Pabrune and CMB on this mobile marketing campaign. Given the customer profile of the SOL beer and the great fan audience of Luis Miguel, we are very confidant that including a mobile component in CMB's ongoing marketing campaigns will have an immediate impact on the success of these campaigns."

Alberto Ortega, managing director at Pabrune, added: "We are very enthusiastic about striking the first mobile marketing campaign with m-Wise so quickly after forming our strategic alliance. We strongly believe in a great potential for mobile marketing services in Spain and in our ability to generate high quality campaigns based on m-Wise's unique expertise in this evolving field."

A research by IDC estimates that the mobile advertising market will mushroom from US$160 million in 2006 to $4.2 billion in 2011. "IDC believes that mobile marketing is one of the instances in which the current hype actually underestimates the full potential of the market opportunity," stated the report. "While the advertising and mobile industries have largely agreed that mobile represents the third screen in users' lives." The report continued, "IDC believes that the real value of mobile marketing is that it provides an unparalleled window into the lives of mobile users."
