m-Wise to Introduce Mobile Marketing Solutions in the US Market

WILMINGTON, DE -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 29, 2007 -- Mobile content technology vendor, m-Wise (OTCBB: MWIS), announces the launch of proactive business strategy pursuing mobile marketing opportunities in the US market.

m-Wise has accumulated an extensive track record in implementing a large variety of mobile marketing and advertising campaigns in Europe, starting as early as 2000. These campaigns are enabled by m-Wise's mobile and content delivery solutions and served numerous commercial companies such as Pepsi, Intel, Nokia and 20th Century Fox as well as media companies such as Sky Rock Radio, 'The Times' and the Sun newspapers.

Based on its successful experience and following increasing usage of text messaging in the US market, m-Wise plans to actively pursue mobile marketing opportunities in this market and leverage its advanced technology for this purpose.

Zach Sivan, CEO of m-Wise, said, "We are following very closely the rapid changes in the mobile US market and we believe it is the right time to invest efforts in tracking qualifying business opportunities in this immensely growing field of mobile marketing. We believe that our highly mature technology, our rich mobile marketing experience in European countries and the accumulated experience in delivering mobile services in the US market put us in a unique position to answer the growing market needs for mobile advertising and marketing solutions."

A research by IDC estimates that the mobile advertising market will mushroom from US$160 million in 2006 to $4.2 billion in 2011. "IDC believes that mobile marketing is one of the instances in which the current hype actually underestimates the full potential of the market opportunity," stated the report. "While the advertising and mobile industries have largely agreed that mobile represents the third screen in users' lives," the report continued, "IDC believes that the real value of mobile marketing is that it provides an unparalleled window into the lives of mobile users."
