MachineTalker® Debuts Multi-Sensor Unit Evaluation Kit

Customers Can Easily Establish an Ad Hoc Wireless Mesh Network to Service Sensors

SANTA BARBARA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 10, 2007 -- MachineTalker, Inc. (OTCBB: MTKN), developer of smart wireless security networks and tracking systems, announces that the company will provide a product evaluation package of its Multi-Sensor Unit (MSU) which is used to service and control a variety of customer chosen sensors. The evaluation kit consists of three Talkers® and a simple to use Java-based Application Program Interface (API), allowing users to reach remote Talker units over a wireless network, set individual thresholds for the devices, log data over time and display results.

Discussing the ease with which Talker's can be set up in all locations, Roland F. Bryan, MachineTalker's CEO, said, "We have introduced a customer-friendly means for setting up remote, wireless process control and have made it easy to attach and monitor all types of sensors using our Talkers. The user can place wireless units throughout a facility, connect sensors and gather results from a remote location."

An evaluation kit includes three Talkers. Two, as pictured, provide the means for connection of sensors while the CAP® unit provides for network access from a PC, Laptop or from the Internet. Together, the three Talkers automatically establish a wireless mesh networking "community," relaying information to each other and collectively, all coordinated through Java-based display/control software running in a controlling computer system.

Inside each MSU are a Temperature Sensor, a Light Sensor and a 3-Axis Accelerometer. To accommodate external sensor input the MSU services standard analog and digital input. The availability of new and different types of low-power sensors and detectors is increasing daily. MachineTalkers provide an easy and less technical means for wireless connection, eliminating the major cost of installing wired sensors.
