Mackinac Financial Corporation Declares $.075 Cash Dividend on Common Stock


MANISTIQUE, MI--(Marketwired - Mar 26, 2015) - Mackinac Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: MFNC), the bank holding company for mBank (the "Bank"), reported the dividend and payment date of the dividend approved by its Board of Directors on March 24, 2015. On that date, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $.075 per common share, payable April 15, 2015 to shareholders of record at April 6, 2015. The dividend is unchanged from the prior quarter's dividend.
