Macquarie Funds First Lease to Beadell Brasil Ltda.


NEW YORK, NEW YORK--(Marketwire - March 5, 2012) - Macquarie Global Mining Equipment Finance ("MGMEF") announced today that it has commenced funding under a US$20 million lease facility to Brazilian junior gold miner Beadell Brasil Ltda., owner of the Tucano gold project in Brazil.

The leased equipment will integrate the mining fleet of Beadell Brasil's Tucano project currently under construction.
