Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund Declares November 2007 Cash Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 20, 2007) - Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund (TSX:MPT.UN)(TSX:MPT.DB) ("MPT", the "Fund") today declared a cash distribution for the month of November 2007 of $0.08583 per trust unit. The distribution will be paid on December 17, 2007 to unitholders of record at the close of trading on November 30, 2007.

A distribution of $0.08583 per unit will also be paid on December 17, 2007 to holders of Class B Exchangeable Units of MPT LTC Holding LP, an indirect subsidiary entity of the Fund, of record on November 30, 2007.
