Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund to Host First Quarter Conference Call and Annual Unitholder Meeting on May 7, 2009

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 7, 2009) – Macquarie Power & Infrastructure Income Fund (TSX:MPT.UN)(TSX:MPT.DB)(“MPT”, or the “Fund”) today announced details for its upcoming first quarter results event and the Annual General Meeting of Unitholders.

First Quarter Conference Call and Webcast – May, 7, 2009, 8:30 a.m. ET
