MacroSolve Files Patent Infringement Suits Against Yelp and Newegg

Brings Total Number of Complaints Filed to 52 as Company Defends Its Key Intellectual Property in Mobile App Space

MacroSolve has filed the patent infringement suits for violation of the Company's U.S. Patent No. 7,822,816. This marks the 52nd complaint filed by MacroSolve in an effort to protect its intellectual property rights. The Company continues to successfully settle suits.

On October 26, 2010, the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued U.S. Patent No. 7,822,816 to MacroSolve. The patent, a significant intellectual property asset to MacroSolve, further advances its position as a leader in the mobile solutions market.
