Madison Ave. Media Appoints Tim Ransom as Executive Vice President - Marketing

BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwire - November 30, 2010) - Madison Ave. Media, Inc. (OTCBB: KHZM), a global leader in brand intelligence and mobile marketing, today announced the appointment of Tim Ransom to the newly created role of Executive Vice President - Marketing. In this role, Ransom will be responsible for providing strategic development and execution of Madison Ave. Media's global branding initiatives, including brand positioning, marketing and go-to-market strategies, as well as advertising, general marketing communications and digital strategies.

Effective immediately, Ransom will report directly to Jim Lindsey, former Vice Chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide, and current Vice Chairman of Madison Ave. Media. Ransom brings over 30 years of Ad Agency, Fortune 500 corporate and entrepreneurial experience building leading global brands across multiple categories, including: health & beauty, automotive aftermarket, food and beverage, b2b, interactive entertainment, e-commerce and consumer packaged goods. Prior to his new role at Madison Ave. Media, Ransom was president and founder of his namesake firm The Ransom Group, Inc., where for two decades he was a brand consultant for over 70 global CPG brands worldwide.
