MagneGas Announces New Gas Refinery Complete and All Internal Tests Successful

New Generation Design Demonstrates Significantly Increased Efficiency and Gas Output

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - December 1, 2010) - MagneGas Corporation ("MagneGas" or the "Company") (OTCBB: MNGA), the producer of a technology that converts liquid waste into a hydrogen-based metal working fuel and natural gas alternative, announced today that it has completed the manufacture and internal testing of its new fuel-producing MagneGas™ Refinery. These tests empirically demonstrate that the new design significantly enhances production efficiency, and can result in gas volumes at least double those of previous designs. "With this new design we can produce approximately twice as much fuel with no increase in energy consumption. We also have increased electrode stability, reducing replacement frequency and cutting operating costs. Finally, through recent process improvements we were able to bring the new Refinery on line 30 days earlier than anticipated.
