MagneGas Expands Midwest Market Presence With New Michigan Customer

Mayo Welding and Fabrication Is Second Significant Michigan Relationship

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - Sep 6, 2011) - MagneGas Corporation ("MagneGas" or the "Company") (OTCBB: MNGA), the producer of a technology that converts liquid waste into a hydrogen-based metal working fuel and natural gas alternative, announced today that it will begin supplying Mayo Welding and Fabrication ("Mayo") of Royal Oak, MI with MagneGas™ fuel for its metal working needs. Current strategic partner Blue Water Industrial Products (http://bit.ly/oarf73) will serve as the local distributor to supply the fuel to Mayo.
