Mahalo Announces a Voluntary Delisting From the Toronto Stock Exchange

Mahalo Energy Ltd. (TSX:CBM) ("Mahalo" or the "Company") today has announced that, further to a press release dated April 6, 2009 announcing TSX's review of Mahalo's listing, it has agreed with TSX to a voluntary delisting of the Company's common shares due to the recent low trading price of the Company's shares and inability to meet continuing listing requirements, which delisting is expected take place within the next 30 days. In connection therewith, the Company will be applying to list its common shares on an alternate exchange to provide shareholders with ongoing liquidity for their common shares.
