TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 4, 2014) - Mahdia Gold Corp. (the "Company") (CNSX:MGD) announces the resignation of John Reynolds for personal reasons as Chairman and Director.
The board wishes to thank Mr. Reynolds for his service since being appointed to the positions. His participation in Mahdia Gold has been valuable and has helped the company tremendously.
Additional dredge capacity is being added to the operation and the company is continuing to seek necessary funding that is required to develop its business and meet its obligations in Guyana.
