                          Maiden Property Investment and Issue of Equity

The  directors  of  Etaireia  are pleased to announce that the Company  has  completed  its  first
property acquisition since its new investment strategy was approved on 24th February 2014.

The  Company  has  acquired  land  in  Scotland known  as  Bridgend  Mills,  Tofts,  Dalry  for  a
consideration of £725,000, which has been satisfied in cash from the Company's existing resources.
The  land  consists of 3 acres (1.2 hectares) with current planning permission for  a  residential
development. Having acquired the land, the Company intends to seek additional planning permissions
to enhance its value and meet current demand in the market place.

The  Directors  are  also pleased to announce that the Company has raised £265,400  by  way  of  a
subscription  for  106,160,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 0.25p pence per  share.  The  new
funds  raised will be used to further implement the Company's investment strategy focused  on  the
property and real estate sector. As a result of this allotment of new shares, the Company is aware
of the following interests in the share capital of the Company:

Following  the issue of the shares above, Etaireia has a total of 901,988,724 ordinary  shares  in
issue.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,
Etaireia under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
