Main Pulze, Inc. to Acquire Sun Valley Congregate Living Health Facility & Assets for Undisclosed Amount

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Aug 26, 2015) - Main Pulze, Inc. (http://mainpulze.com), a developer and operator of Community-Based Continuous Care Facilities (CBCCF), is set to acquire Sun Valley Congregate Living Health Facility and all of its assets for an undisclosed amount.

Main Pulze is on a mission to become a major competitor in the Congregate Living Health Facilities (CLHF) space in and around the state of California. Congregate care is generally more intensive than the care that is offered in a traditional skilled nursing facility, yet it is less intrusive than care offered in a large hospital. The company uses a stringent method of screening and training to assure that the most caring, best-trained, and most experienced employees are integrated into their system.

But the main theme at Main Pulze facilities is something that no training can offer: Caring.

"Your family should feel as though they're visiting your home; not your institution," explained a rep from Main Pulze. "We care about our residents as though they were our family members. Actually, they are our family."

CBCCFs and CLHFs are residential facilities with a non-institutional, homelike environment, having no more than 12 beds and providing inpatient care that includes an array of services: medical supervision, 24-hour skilled nursing services, and supportive care, pharmacy, dietary, social, recreational and services for waiver participants who meet the medical level of care.

Families of the patients are able to spend time in an intimate setting and private surrounding with their loved ones, free from the crowded nature of conventional medical settings, so patients can live out their lives in comfort.
