MainSource Financial Group Declares Third Quarter Dividend

GREENSBURG, IN--(Marketwire - August 22, 2007) - MainSource Financial Group's (NASDAQ: MSFG) Board of Directors announced today that the Company declared a third quarter common dividend of $.14 per share at its August 20, 2007 meeting. The dividend is payable on September 14, 2007 to common shareholders of record as of September 4, 2007. The dividend represents a 5.0% increase over the dividend paid to shareholders in the third quarter last year. This is MainSource Financial Group's sixty-eighth consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
