MaintenanceNet Strengthens Management Team With Addition of Daryl Fink as VP Operations

Former Merrill Lynch Executive Brings Extensive Operations Experience to Fast-Growing Software as a Service Firm

A seasoned executive whose experience includes work with the nation's leading financial services institutions including Merrill Lynch, Fink rounds out a core group of executives who have been with privately-held MaintenanceNet since its founding in 2001.

Prior to joining the company, he was CEO of Full 360, a global business performance management firm, where he counseled executives at the top five Fortune 1000 financial services institutions.

At Merrill Lynch, from 2001 to 2004, Fink served as vice president of strategic enterprises, with responsibility for implementing technology solutions to sustain change in management philosophies and operational excellence. During his tenure, Fink participated in the Global Management Development Program, which recognizes the top five percent of high performers within the Merrill Lynch management team.
