Majescor starts drill program at Hardy Lake, Northwest
Territories

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - March 30, 2005) - Majescor Resources
(TSX VENTURE:MAJ) has recently started its spring drill program at Hardy
Lake. The property is located on the Archean Slave craton, about 350
kilometres to the north-northeast of Yellowknife, near the geographic
centre of the Slave craton. The property is located between BHP
Billiton's ground holding the Ekati diamond mine and Diavik/Aber's land
package hosting the Diavik diamond mine.

The first phase of the program will consist of further drilling of the
Jack Pine kimberlite. It is the largest body discovered to date and
boasts the best mineral chemistry and highest micro-diamond density
(table 1). The first two drill holes will test the southern extension of
the Jack Pine kimberlite that was never tested.

The second phase of the drill program will consist of drilling 4 to 5 of
the highest priority geophysical anomalies, both in the sectors of the
property which has been poorly sampled and at the head of the higher
priority dispersion trains.

Before drilling each geophysical anomalies will be filtered by ground
geophysics (magnetic, EM and gravity).

Majescor believes there is significant potential to find new pipes. As
previously announced out of 26 areas of interest/dispersion trains, only
three have known kimberlite sources (Press Release December 10, 2004).

Jacques Letendre, Professional Geologist, is responsible for the conduct
and design of the company's exploration programs, as well as for the
quality assurance of analytical results and their verification.

Majescor is a well funded exploration company with a large portfolio of
diamond properties in Quebec, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories in
Canada, and in the USA, Brazil and Madagascar.
