Major Commercial Printer, Fulfillment/Distribution Services Co Signs 103,380-Sq.-Ft. Lease in Irvine Industrial Complex for Business Expansion

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - December 22, 2009) - SARES REGIS Group's Commercial Property Services Division represented The Dot Printer in the company's lease of a 103,380-square-foot industrial building in the Irvine Business Complex.

The Dot Printer, which offers high-quality lithography, fulfillment and distribution services in three major West Coast markets, signed a six-year lease valued at approximately $3 million for the 103,380-square-foot industrial building at 2525 Pullman St., Santa Ana, Calif., said Michael Wood, director of leasing in the SRG division.

Wood said The Dot Printer is relocating and expanding operations from two smaller, local facilities that total 80,000 square feet.

Kilroy Realty Corp., the owner of the building, was represented by Wade Tift at Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach, Calif., office. Because of a long-term relationship with The Dot Printer, SRG acted on the tenant's behalf, Wood said.
