Major League Football Targets Norfolk, Virginia for Spring Football Franchise

Company in Discussions With William "Dick" Price Stadium as Venue

WILMINGTON, DE--(Marketwired - Jan 21, 2015) - Major League Football, Inc. (OTC PINK: MLFB) ("MLFB" or the "Company"), a new, professional spring-football league scheduled to kick off in 2016, today announced its plan to potentially locate one of its professional, spring-league football franchises in Norfolk, Virginia. MLFB is in discussions with William "Dick" Price Stadium as a venue for its potential Norfolk franchise.

MLFB hopes to establish a Norfolk based professional football team, and proposes to use William "Dick" Price Stadium as its home facility for a spring-league professional football franchise. MLFB's management has identified William "Dick" Price stadium as a venue around which MLFB plans to staff its Norfolk franchise organization with local employees to manage the team. As part of Major League Football's strategy, the Company's approach in Norfolk also includes a series of community-centric outreach programs to help build a fan base, support local businesses and develop football talent in the surrounding area.

"We could not be more pleased to announce our hopes to bring Major League Football to the great sports fans of Norfolk and the surrounding communities," stated Wes Chandler, President of Major League Football. "Our brand of spring football will provide the region's sports fans another family sports and entertainment option. As we engage in discussions with William "Dick" Price officials and the local business community, we hope to create a mutually beneficial relationship and bring a MLFB franchise to the Norfolk area and the Commonwealth of Virginia," Mr. Chandler stated.

About Norfolk
The city of Norfolk is at the core of the Hampton Roads region located along the Chesapeake Bay. The city has long held a tradition as a military hub for the United States Navy. The surrounding communities nestled along the Virginia Beach area are some of the most beautiful in the country. Beyond their commitment to the military, Virginia Beach is also home to Norfolk Southern Railways and Maersk Line Limited -- which services the world's largest fleet of U.S. flag vessels on the Atlantic shores. The city boasts a strong population and is considered one of the most historic cities on the east coast.

About William "Dick" Price Stadium
Serving as the home of the Norfolk State University Spartan football team, William "Dick" Price Stadium has seen numerous renovations since it broke ground in 1996. The stadium has a seating capacity of approximately 30,000. The stadium itself has a natural grass surface and features a state of the art scoreboard installed by Daktronics back in 2012. The stadium bears the name of legendary Football and Track Coach William "Dick" Price, who passed away in 2009. He was not only a great coach, but served as a long-standing educator and champion of the athletes he loved so much in the city and state where he lived his entire life.
