Major League Football Targets Orlando, Florida for Spring Football Franchise

Company in Talks With Orlando Citrus Bowl as Host Venue; Major League Football Sees Florida as Future Home of Its Corporate Offices and Training Facilities

WILMINGTON, DE--(Marketwired - Jan 23, 2015) - Major League Football, Inc. (OTC PINK: MLFB) ("MLFB" or the "Company"), a new, professional spring-football league scheduled to kick off in 2016, today announced its plan to locate one of its professional, spring-league football franchises in Orlando, Florida beginning play in 2016. In coordination with the Company's efforts in Orlando, MLFB's management is also researching potential locations in Florida for its future corporate offices and training facilities.

MLFB's plan will focus on the establishment of an Orlando-based professional football team which will use the Orlando Citrus Bowl as its home stadium for spring-league professional football. MLFB's management is in initial negotiations for a stadium lease around which MLFB plans to staff its Orlando franchise organization with local employees to manage the team. As part of MLFB's strategy, their approach in Orlando also includes a series of community-centric outreach programs to help build a fan base, support local businesses and develop football talent in the surrounding area and ideally, statewide.

Construction crews worked around the clock to ensure the stadium would be ready to celebrate its rebirth with a ribbon-cutting event in November 2014 -- just ten months later. The facility is 90% new construction and features enhancements and amenities including 41,000 new lower bowl seats, two 360-degree concourses, a 20,000-square-foot plaza deck, multiple video displays and unique indoor & outdoor club spaces to serve 6,000 patrons.
