Major Operational and Business Opportunities With the New Internet to Be Featured at December Conference

Government and Military Road Map for the Transition to the New Internet (IPv6) to Be Presented at United States IPv6 Summit in Reston, VA

SANTA MONICA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 19, 2005 -- IPv6 Summit, Inc., a subsidiary of Innofone, Inc. (OTC BB: INFN), announced today that the premier conference on the New Internet, the United States IPv6 Summit, in Reston, VA, from December 6-9, has just released its world-class lineup of speakers and panelists. The New Internet, also known as Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6), is a major upgrade to the existing Internet (IPv4, in service since 1973) that enables thousands of new operational applications and business opportunities, such as high-quality TV-over-Internet, videoconferencing, military-grade security, and always-on mobile online interaction for leadership, collaboration, office work or videogames.

The Summit will highlight how IPv6 is a critical enabling technology for the interoperability of joint military and homeland defense operations, and for the enterprise-centric operation of the entire Federal Government. The Summit will also feature demonstrations of new dual-use technologies such as TV-over-IP, wireless IPv6-enabled physical security systems, sensornets with advanced smart displays, and powerline connectivity. Registration and details for the conference, which takes place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Reston, Virginia, are available online at www.usipv6.com.

Distinguished presentations will be given by the Hon. Tom Davis, Chairman of the Government Reform Committee and Member of Congress; Admiral Edmund J. Giambastiani, Jr., Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; Major General Marilyn Quagliotti, Vice Director of the Defense Information Systems Agency; Major General Dennis Moran, Vice Director for Command, Control, Communications, and Computer Systems (J6), OJCS; Dr. Gerald Alphonse, President of the US IEEE; Dr. Peter Freeman, Asst. Director of the National Science Foundation; Glenn Schlarman, Chief of the Information Policy Technology Branch of the Office of Management and Budget (which is leading the transition of the Federal Government to IPv6); Commander Mark Harvey, Chief of the DoD IPv6 Transition Office (which is leading the transition of the military to IPv6); Major General (USA Ret'd) Dean Cash, Director of Network Centric Operations Enterprise at Raytheon Systems; Dr. Lawrence Roberts, one of the original "Fathers of the Internet" and CEO of Anagran; USN Captain Rick Doran, Deputy Director of the NATO Allied Command Transformation Office, as well as many other leading executives from the military, government and Industry.

Attendees at the United States IPv6 Summit will be able to:

-- Learn from major defense, security and industry experts about the need
and the market for IPv6 applications.

-- Learn new business applications of IPv6, including online video
streaming, videogames, collaboration technologies and area security
    applications.

-- Get the updated Department of Defense and US Government Transition
Plans for IPv6 -- both the status today and the road map for the future.

-- Meet with government and industry leaders to arrange strategic
alliances and initiate business presentations for new products and
    services.

"In addition to a world-class lineup of speakers, we welcome the support of Grand Sponsors Juniper Networks and Spirent Federal Systems, as well as Lucent Technologies, NTT Communications, Cisco Systems, Anagran, Global Crossing, and other technology leaders," said Alex Lightman, CEO of IPv6 Summit and Conference Chairman. "We believe that the visitors to this Summit will see something very different -- instead of discussing the future "Next Generation" of the Internet, we will be focusing on how the entire military and government are transitioning to the New Internet today, and what specific opportunities and requirements that spells out for Industry. We will demonstrate new applications that can lead to profitable business models within months, not years."

The Coalition Summit for IPv6 is being held in coordination with the DoD and other government agencies, in Reston, VA, within easy commuting distance of the Pentagon and Washington, D.C., in a convenient and very affordable venue. In addition to the three-day conference, the 6th of December features an introductory tutorial to the technology and security aspects of the New Internet -- seating for this day is limited, so please register early.
