Major Pasta Producer Requests Analysis for ICIG Products

TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 18, 2006 -- Genesis Advantage Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GDVG) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, ICIG Genesis, has been requested to conduct an extensive energy audit for retrofitting its induction lighting products in production factories and offices owned by Ital Pasta of Brampton, Ontario, one of the leading pasta manufacturers in the industry. Global markets for Ital Pasta include Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, Philippines, Asia, and Israel. The initial retrofit would include two plants totaling over 200,000 square feet of space. The estimated value of these contracts will be in excess of $1,000,000.
