Mantra Capital Inc. to Change its Name to SolidusGold Inc.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Sept. 3, 2014) - Mantra Capital Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:MTR) announced that it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval to change its name to "SolidusGold Inc." The name change will be effective September 4, 2014, and the Company will commence trading under the new symbol "SDC" at the opening of market on September 4, 2014.
