The Boards of Directors of Manuweb Software Systems Inc. (Manuweb) and Advantive Information Management Inc. (AIM) are pleased to announce that effective May 30^th 2011 Manuweb has appointed new directors and officers. Van H. Potter will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer and Director, and Brian Cameron will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer and Director of Manuweb. John Ragan was also appointed Director of Manuweb concurrent with these appointments. Donald Gordon will remain a Director of Manuweb. These appointments signify the first steps in a process that will result in Manuweb acquiring the remaining common shares of AIM.
