Maple Seal Homes Ltd. Receives Inquiry for 16,000 Square Feet Of Commercial Building From French Company

"the Company" (PINKSHEETS: MAEN) http://www.maisonetteworld.com is pleased to announce that it has received an additional inquiry from its partner in France for a potential commercial building construction using its panelized building technique manufactured by its manufacturing partner in Coble Hill, British Columbia, Canada.

Maple Seal Homes has received several inquiries from France lately and it has now received an inquiry for a 16,000 square feet building to be used in commercial use. MSH is verifying that all European 'CE' standards are met and it is working with its manufacturing partner to see how its insulation panels can meet and contain the required 'CE' stamping on its insulated structured wall panels.

In addition to its efforts in France, MSH is in contact with its U.K. partner in order to gauge the timing of the potential building of up to twenty-eight new homes on a pristine golf course in the United Kingdom and move on to more such projects. MSH is also working with other potential agents in the United Kingdom and is planning an aggressive marketing plan for 2008 in that country
