Maple Seal Homes Ltd. To Set Up French Wholly Owned Subsidiary With JV Partner

VICTORIA, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 14, 2007 -- Maple Seal Homes Ltd. "MSH" the wholly owned Canadian subsidiary of Maisonette International Enterprises Ltd. "the Company" (PINKSHEETS: MAEN) is pleased to announce that it is in the process of establishing a full fledged subsidiary in France in the next two months in partnership with its Joint Venture European Partner.

The Purpose of the new French subsidiary will be to act as direct importer of the homes exported from Canada. French Law requires that an importer acts as an intermediary to the transaction and the Company felt that it would be more successful in its plan if the importer has a direct link to the exporter and distributor. MSH estimates that the entire setup should be completed on or before September 2007.

Maple Seal Homes has received several inquiries from France lately and it has now received other inquiries for deliver in 2008. MSH received an inquiry for a 16,000 square feet building to be used in commercial use. MSH is verifying that all European 'CE' standards are met and it is working with its manufacturing partner to see how its insulation panels can meet and contain the required 'CE' stamping on its insulated structured wall panels. In the meantime, MSH has decided to sell its panels without insulation in order to speed up the sales process in France.

MSH is looking forward to having more development news in the foreseeable future and is confident that sales are going to increase on a yearly basis over the next five years in the European continent and in the North American continent.
