Maple Seal Homes Receives Confirmation Of Second Order Of Prefabricated Homes Order For The U.K.

VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 10, 2006 -- Maple Seal Homes Ltd. www.maplesealhomes.com "MSH", a wholly owned subsidiary of Maisonette International Enterprises Ltd. "the Company" (PINKSHEETS: MAEN) http://www.maisonetteworld.com is pleased to announce that it has received on June 30, 2006 a written order confirmation notice by its second client in the United Kingdom.

MSH has recently announced the potential second sale of panelized pre-fabricated homes to the United Kingdom, through a dealership agreement completed with Winton Global Homes of Prince George Canada, the manufacturer of the homes to be sold.

MSH has received written confirmation for an order of most likely three homes to be completed and shipped to the United Kingdom as part of a development of thirty one luxury homes in a gold course setting. MSH is expecting this order to be followed with a deposit shortly.

Alain Ghiai, President of MSH added: "I am very pleased with this second order development as the first one is on its way to the United Kingdom. We will work hard to continue selling our quality Canadian homes and we have a few other projects on the drawing board already, including a large commercial project in Canada. I look forward to going to the United Kingdom in September to see how the homes turned out and what the feedback from the various home owners will be. This is just the beginning for our company."
