  • 3:25 PM - "HBase and Drill: How Loosely Typed SQL is Ideal for NoSQL," will discuss how to combine HBase and Drill to access time series data and to support high-performance secondary indexing. Room 230A.

  • 5:25 PM - "How the Internet of Things is Turning the Internet Upside Down," will discuss the ways to use existing Hadoop ecosystem tools such as Apache Spark, Apache Drill and others to deal with inversion impact. Real world examples will be included. Room 230A.
