Marathon Gold Announces Warrant Expiry


TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - August 19, 2016) - Marathon Gold Corporation (TSX: MOZ) ("Marathon") announced today that 1,725,000 share purchase warrants at a price of $0.75 each with an expiry date of August 21, 2016 and issued in connection with a private placement of units which closed on August 21, 2014, will be accepted for exercise at Marathon's offices, located at 10 King Street East, Suite 501, Toronto, Ontario, M5C 1C3, until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 22, 2016. There will be no extension of the term of these warrants.
