Marc Bulger Joins MLFB's Quarterback Advisory Team

Bulger Also Makes Undisclosed Investment in MLFB Shares

LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL--(Marketwired - Jan 7, 2016) - Major League Football, Inc. (OTCQB: MLFB) ("MLFB," the "League" or the "Company"), a new, professional spring-football league scheduled to kick off in 2016, today announced 10-year NFL quarterback veteran, Marc Bulger, has joined Major League Football's quarterback advisory team. MLFB has also announced an undisclosed private placement investment made by Bulger in MLFB shares.

"We are very happy Marc Bulger has agreed to join our quarterback advisory team and provide the guidance needed for all players in our league. His vast experience will be a big asset in our development of young quarterbacks as we evaluate their abilities during our MLFB training camp, which begin next month in Lakewood Ranch, Florida," said Wes Chandler, President of Major League Football. "Marc's quarterback skills are highly respected and proven during his decade long professional career on a number of teams which included a Pro Bowl MVP Award in 2004. His technical merits aside, Marc is also an advocate of helping players develop life skills both on and off the field."

Marc Bulger added, "Having witnessed the development of MLFB and specifically its momentum throughout this past year, I am very pleased to be a part of the league and contribute to its success. Football is the backbone of sports in the U.S. but only a small percentage of us can call it a career. MLFB can give players, coaches, and staff this unique opportunity in sports, while also providing broadcasted football during a period of the year currently void of football content, and within communities that are very eager to welcome a professional football team in their city."

The Company has also reported that Marc Bulger has made a currently undisclosed, direct investment in MLFB shares through a private placement with the Company. Upon closing of the investment, the details of such will be recorded in the Company's form 10-K, scheduled to be filed on or before March 15, 2016.

About Marc Bulger

Marc Bulger is a former quarterback who played in the NFL for 10 seasons. The holder of 20 passing records for the University of West Virginia, Marc played for the St. Louis Rams for nine years and finished his professional career with the Baltimore Ravens. He retired from the NFL in 2011. Initially signing with the New Orleans Saints as a sixth round draft pick in 2000, Marc joined the St. Louis Rams in 2001. In 2002, after the Rams started the season 0-5, Marc filled in for the injured Jamie Martin, who was filling in for the injured Kurt Warner. He compiled a 6-0 record in the games he started, amassing 1,496 passing yards during that time and breaking an NFL record for most yards produced for a quarterback's first five starts. In 2003, Marc again filled in for an injured Kurt Warner and led the Rams to a regular-season record 12-4 and the NFL West Division Championship. In 2004, Marc was named the MVP of the NFL Pro Bowl.

On Sept. 10, 2006, Marc reached 1,000 completions faster than any quarterback in NFL history. He achieved this in 45 games, two games less than Warner, three less than Drew Bledsoe and Peyton Manning and four less than Dan Marino.

Marc competed with the Rams through the 2009 season, and in 2010 signed a one-year contract with the Baltimore Ravens, serving as the primary backup to Joe Flacco. He retired from the NFL in 2011.
