Investors may want to have a look at Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corporation (PINKSHEETS: BMGP). Through its wholly owned subsidiary Biospectrum Technologies, Inc., a company that has designed and patented revolutionary diagnostic equipment and immunoassays, Biomagnetics Diagnostics will identify market inadequacies and fill those needs with new technologies and highly specific and sensitive assays that are qualitative (yes/no) and quantitative (viral load/degree of infection), easily performed and cost effective. After the closing bell on Monday the Company announced that it is continuing formal negotiations to purchase an interest in Tianjin Automatic Science & Instrument Co. LTD.

Tianjin Automatic Science & Instrument is located in Tianjin, China's third largest city with a population of 9.5 million and a major comprehensive northern China industrial base. It has over 150 lines of industry consisting primarily of electronics, automobile, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, textiles, chemicals and mechanics. By acquiring an interest in Tianjin Auto Science, Biomagnetics Diagnostics said the Company will gain access to over 1,250 distributors, a laboratory client base of 10,000 and skilled manufacturing in the business community's most exciting markets.

Biomagnetics Diagnostics also has received quotes to manufacturing their Assays from Shanghai Jing Ying Biotechnology Co., and said they are now conducting due diligence.

Additionally, Biomagnetics has entered into a memorandum of understanding with B.R.I.A., a leading healthcare service company of over 25 years that provides clinical laboratory service for hospitals, clinics and CROs., whereby B.R.I.A. will undertake the responsibility to represent Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp. in acquiring the required Health Ministry approvals to perform clinical trials in Thailand on the HTS-MTP Diagnostic System, including the Company's proprietary HIV and Hepatitis B assays.

Shares of Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corporation (PINKSHEETS: BMGP) closed even Monday at $0.37.

Other stocks to watch:

Victory Energy Corporation (OTCBB: VYEY), a developmental stage petroleum company, announced Monday that the Company had received the first payment for revenue from natural gas sales from its wells in the Corporation's Canyon Sandstone Gas play located in the Texas Permian Basin. Victory Energy said it had deposited its first revenue of approximately $63,500, pre-distribution, for natural gas sales of 11,960 MCF of natural gas production from its interest in six gas wells.

VYEY closed on Monday at $0.385., Inc. (OTCBB: EFSF), a researcher and developer of nutraceutical and whole food products, announced on Monday that the Company is running commercials for its product Cinnergen™ on several cable channels, including A & E, the Biography Channel and The Weather Channel. eFoodSafety said commercials are intended to help increase consumer awareness and support retail sales nationwide.

EFSF closed on Monday at $0.593.

Advanced Cell Technology, Inc. (OTCBB: ACTC), a biotechnology company applying cellular technology in the emerging field of regenerative medicine, recently announced that the Company had reached a supply agreement with Biologics Delivery Systems Group, Cordis Corporation (a Johnson & Johnson company), in which Biologics Delivery Systems will supply catheters for the Phase II human clinical trial of ACT's myoblast therapy for the treatment of heart failure. Advanced Cell Technology said that its myoblast therapy successfully completed Phase I human clinical trials in 2007, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has given the company clearance to proceed with Phase II human clinical trial, expected to begin soon.

ACTC closed on Monday at $0.1625.
