LINCOLNSHIRE, IL--(Marketwired - Mar 26, 2015) - Marcus Lemonis, entrepreneur and host of CNBC's hit reality series, The Profit, has announced today a partnership with The Grille on Laurel in Lake Forest, Illinois, located at 181 East Laurel Avenue. Kathy and Jimmy Govas, owners of The Grille in the popular Chicago suburb, finalized the partnership with Lemonis three weeks ago and immediately began initiating changes to the established restaurant and bar, which aim to bring a fun modern atmosphere to the restaurant along with a revamped menu and expanded bar lounge.
"Kathy and Jimmy represent the true American dream and have been successful restaurateurs for over 20 years, which makes this a great opportunity for me to not only bring new and fresh ideas to the table, but also the chance to learn what has made them successful in their endeavor," says Lemonis. The revamped menu will feature a new selection of trendy dishes while still preserving many of The Grille's most popular dishes, and will be available to diners beginning the evening of Thursday, March 26. Along with the updated menu, renovations at the facility have been completed in order to bring a more contemporary feel to the space, and a project to expand the bar has been initiated, which will include offering a wider selection of premium spirits, such as vodka, tequila and gin, from around the world.
