Marijuana Company of America Enters Into Supply Contract With Mama Chan LLC In Washington State

BONSALL, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 22, 2016) - MARIJUANA COMPANY OF AMERICA ("MCOA" or the "Company") (OTC PINK: MCOA), an innovative cannabis marketing and distribution company, is pleased to announce that in preparation for expansion into Washington State, the Company has entered into a supply agreement with Mama Chan LLC ("MCL"), a Washington State I-502 Tier 3 licensed cultivator.

Under the terms of the agreement, MCL will provide a wide selection of cannabis products to MCOA in Washington State, including flower (bud), concentrates and finished products. The seasoned management team behind Mama Chan ensures that MCOA will have a sufficient and consistent supply of high quality cannabis products to fulfill the demand of its future members in Washington State. The Tier 3 authorizes between ten thousand square feet and thirty thousand square feet of dedicated plant canopy, which is the maximum out of the three-tier system in Washington.
