Mark Almeida Joins ProntoForms Sales Team as VP of Carrier & Partner Sales

OTTAWA, ON--(Marketwired - October 21, 2015) - ProntoForms Corporation ("ProntoForms" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: PFM), maker of ProntoForms^®, a mobile data collection and analytics platform, is pleased to announce that Mark Almeida has joined the company in the new role of VP of Carrier & Partner Sales, reporting into VP of Sales, Chip Salyards.

Mr. Almeida is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has held a wide range of leadership roles with AT&T -- including strategic business planning, sales management, and strategic partnership program management. In his most recent role as Vice-President, Business Development -- Complex Solutions and Network Sourcing with AT&T in Framingham, MA, Mr. Almeida focused on bringing advanced mobility and managed service solutions to market in collaboration with strategic partners.

Mr. Almeida has an undergraduate degree in Business Management with a Marketing specialization from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY, and an Executive MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.
