Mark Borrecco Named CEO for Rabobank N.A.

He Will Succeed John Ryan, Who Will Retire at the End of the Year

ROSEVILLE, CA--(Marketwired - October 07, 2015) - Rabobank N.A. has appointed Mark Borrecco as the California bank's next president and CEO effective Dec. 1. He will succeed John Ryan, who announced he will retire at the end of the year.

Borrecco, 43, is Rabobank's current chief retail banking officer and oversees all aspects of retail and business banking, mortgage lending, trust services, and Community Reinvestment Act initiatives. Joining the bank in August 2011, he sits on its board of directors, and on committees focused on compliance, credit and other core functions.

Prior to Rabobank, Borrecco was national retail sales manager for Bank of the West. Earlier in his banking career, the native Californian held leadership positions at several financial institutions including Wachovia and World Savings.

Active in his community, Borrecco is executive director of the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women annual benefit event in Sacramento.
